Update...

Today I ran my 100th mile with Nike+. I bought it in January and am such a fan. If you run...you need to have one.

I set a goal to run 150 miles in 12 weeks prior to my 1/2 marathon May 3rd. I'm currently 5.6 miles ahead of where I should be, having run 84.6 miles since setting the goal. Feeling pretty good...

Dearest Pally, congrats on the miles! Way to be ahead of schedule, too!! But, come on, I really think you left us all hanging about the belly button thing. Did you pierce your outie? :)

Julie- I love reading your blog and all of your stories. Way to go on the running!! Dan and I totally agree with you on the treadmill spacing, maybe that's why he goes to the gym at 4:45am.

I would love to run 100 miles IN MY LIFE, and I'm so proud of my Jules. I hope getting new shoes helped "fuel the fire within"!

Dear Sher, I did pierce my navel. Luckily it's NOT an outie though. Okay fine...I didn't pierce it...

Dear Mom, I think you mean "Light the Fire Within" though "fuel the fire within" is nice too. ;) And yes, the new shoes are a very important part of my training, so thanks again!

Jules! Where do you buy this nike thing? And how much is it? SOunds awesome. I need a goal like that...I am supposed to run my 1/2 marathon in about 3 weeks and I have missed almost a week of running this last week thanks to a nasty eye infection! Congrats! I love that you love to run too!
