Jesus Wants Me for a Sunbeam (teacher)
Good news everyone. I have a calling...I will be enjoying the presence of three to seven 3-yr olds every Sunday for two hours. There will be singing, there will be coloring, there will be laughing and there may even be a little learning. Can't wait.
Yea!! Congratulations. I was the sunbeam teacher in my last ward for 3 1/2 years. I have the activity books in pdf form if you want them. :) Makes for easy fun activities.
you gotta love the sunbeams! you will be the best primary teacher ever!! WIlliam and I finally have escaped out of primary--but we sometimes wish we were still there.
Hey Jules! Oh how I wish I could be there to teach sunbeams with you! I love teaching them occasionally, but if we could tag team them... think of the joy and horror all at the same time! :) I haven't been blogging all that often lately and I just laughed my guts out catching up on yours. I love you and miss you!
Jules! First I want to say I went from teaching the young women to teaching the CTR 8 class this summer, and wow! I've learned more and cried more, than I ever thought I would. :) Yes, it's been the best of times and it's been the worst of times. So good luck with the sunbeams... hopefully they're more like the children we read about in Mosiah 3:19. I've been teaching children that are as about as "natural" as they come, if you catch my drift. :)
Secondly, I want to say, "Why aren't you my friend anymore?" Honestly, I've missed you. I've tried to call you, but never had any luck, and then I lost your number. :( I'm still here, and I still love you, and I still think you're one of the funniest people ever. I'm so glad I discovered your blog. If anyone's blog deserves to be read, it's yours. So can we be friends again? Come on, we're family!
So, if you give me your email address I'll add you to my son's blog, and you can catch his daily updates. I know you've already got a bunch of nieces and nephews to keep up with, but Morgan is soooo cute! Trust me, just ask his grandma! :) And if you've got the time you can check out my blog: www.jenedypaigepaintings.blogspot.com.
How perfect, Pally! What a fun calling - and you will certainly enjoy it completely! I'm a little nervous that their little random comments might be more of a distraction than the typical teacher, but you'll have lots of fun stories to share! Love you!!

That is still my favorite calling I've ever had. I love how matter of fact they are. :)
